Official Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware (build C433B140) of Huawei P8 GRA-UL10 is now available for download. This firmware is being rolled out for Africa and Middle East and can be flashed on any P8 handset with the same model and market number (C433).

÷ How To Update Huawei P8 GRA-UL10 to Official Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware (build C433B140)
Step 1: This firmware can only be installed on GRA-UL10 variant with C433Bxx variants. All other variants will fail the verification check during the installation.
Step 2: After downloading the Zip package from above, extract its contents on your PC.
Step 3: Connect your device to the computer in file transfer mode over a USB connection.
Step 4: Copy the extracted “dload” folder to your phone’s external microSD card. Make sure its SD card has enough space for it and has FAT32 formatting.
Step 5: Now, disconnect the USB cable and apply the update from Settings > Updates > Menu > Local Update. Though not necessary, you’re always recommended to perform a backup using the inbuilt app before installing any firmware.
Step 6: It’ll take about 5 minutes to flash the firmware. After that your device will boot and optimize all pre-installed apps. If you’re having trouble with Local Update, try to update by holding Vol up + Vol down + Power after turning off your phone.
