2- Copy the dload folder to your P7’s microSD card.

3- Take a complete backup of your existing data and apps.

4- Unplug the USB cable and turn the device off.

5- Reboot by holding Vol down + Vol up + Power to trigger the upgrade.After your device finishes optimizing the system, you should perform a factory reset and restore your backup.
