How to Root T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
Sprint Galaxy Note 7 achieved root access with a userdebug firmware build N930PVPU1APH3 from a userdebug version of the device used by Samsung employees to test upcoming updates to the device before releasing them publicly.
User ethanscooter over at xda who owns a T-Mobile Galaxy Note 7, decided to follow the entire rooting process used for the Sprint Note 7 (since both the devices feature same hardware) on his T-Mobile variant of the device. And it worked! His T-Mobile Note 7 is now rooted.
The only issue with using Sprint Note 7 firmware to root T-Mobile Note 7 is that WiFi calling won’t work on your device, as long as you’re running the Sprint firmware. Of course, developers are already working on getting a fix for this, but for now you’ll have to lose WiFi calling if you want root.
