VRToxin ROM brings you almost a flawless Android 6.0 Marshmallow experience if you have a Galaxy S5 model that is supported. (Currently, you can install this on the T-Mobile SM-G900T, Canadian SM-G900W8, and international SM-G900F/M/I.)
First, 4G LTE/data and voice works flawless out of the box. For data, it didn’t work initially for me but after fiddling with APNs and also driving around, it started working just fine after that. You will also find bluetooth and NFC working flawless.
Second, root will also work fine with Marshmallow but make sure you flash SuperSU zip file right after installing the ROM.
Third, performance and battery life is excellent. You will get super, fast experience along with excellent battery life, nevermind the new DOZE mode that comes by default with Android 6.0.

÷ How to Update Samsung Galaxy S5 ( all Variants) With VRToxin ROM Android 6.0 Marshmallow + Root.
1-Download:
• Download VR Toxin ROM for Galaxy S5 (for T-Mobile SM-G900T, Canadian SM-G900W8, and SM-G900F/G900M/G900I)
• Download VR Toxin Gapps.(Do not use other Gapps as they will FC!!!)
•Download SuperSU (You have to flash this to get ROOT!)
Sorry, not available for AT&T or Verizon S5 as they have locked bootloaders, try switching carriers?
2- Reboot into recovery, make backup ROM, wipe data/factory reset, install ROM, install Gapps, install SuperSU and reboot. (If for some reason you end up in a bootloop or get force-closed keyboard error on boot, reboot into CWM recovery.
3- Go to Mounts & Storage->format /system. For TWRP, go to Wipe->Advanced Wipe->Wipe /system.)
