Well, you probably know how to install a firmware using its FTF. If not, then download the FlashTool from here, and then look at this page for help with FlashTool.
And if you want to install the rooted ROM with recovery, then you already need a custom recovery like dual recovery, or TWRP or CWM or any recovery for your device. Transfer the ROM file to your device, and then reboot into recovery mode, so that you can use custom recovery to flash the ROM using its Install option.
