CM 13.0 Release 1 Stable tutorial is only for Nexus 6p Don't try on other Nexus Devices.
•Make sure your phone is rooted and has a custom recovery likeClockworkMod installed.
•Make a Nandroid backup of your previous phone set up before proceeding – for just in case anything goes wrong.

÷ How to Install CM 13.0 Release 1 Stable on Nexus 6P :
1- Download the CM 13.0 SNAPSHOT zip and Gapps for Android 6.0.1 ROMs .
2- Connect your phone to your PC and copy both zip files on to its internal storage.
– do not unzip the files.
– when the transfer is done you should get to the next step.
3-Switch off the phone.
4- Boot your Nexus 6P in Custom Recovery Mode.
5- Set the NANDROID ROM Backup:
– CWM: select ‘backup and restore’.
– TWRP: select ‘backup’.
– select the partition files for backup and confirm process.
6- Factory Reset the Nexus 6P:
– CWM: select ‘wipe data/ factory reset’.
– TWRP: select ‘wipe’.
– confirm.
7- Start the CM 13.0 Stable ROM flash:
– for CWM select ‘install zip from sdcard’, then ‘choose zip from sdcard’.
– for TWRP select ‘install’.
8- Find the CM 13.0 SNAPSHOT zip file and confirm its flashing process.
9- When the new custom ROM is done installing you should flash the Gapps file using the same steps.
10- Reboot your smartphone in normal mode when all the files are done installing.
These were all the steps that you had to take in order to complete the CM 13.0 Stable ROM installation.
That’s it! Your Nexus 6P should now have CM 13.0 Release 1 Stable Marshmallow 6.0.1 on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
