Sony recently rolled out Android 5.1.1 based Lollipop update to the Xperia Z1. The update was released with firmware version 14.6.A.0.368 and like every other OTA, this also breaks root on the device. Thankfully though, user Hellspawm over at xda has created a pre-rooted recovery flashable custom ROM for the 14.6.A.0.368 firmware which is stock for the most part except for the changes made to root it.
