OnePlus seems to be rolling out a small OTA update (9.5MB) to OnePlus X with Oxygen OS version 2.2.0-X. As per the official changelog, the update fixes“Occasional image corruption issue when using OnePlus Camera”.
The OTA is rolling out to OnePlus X users as we speak, however if you haven’t received the OTA update notification yet, you can grab the OTA zip from the download link below and manually flash it via stock recovery on your OnePlus X.

÷ How to Install OnePlus X OxygenOS 2.2.0-X OTA Update:
1- Download OxygenOS 2.2.0-X OTA for OnePlus X and transfer the OTA update’s .zip file to your Android device’s internal storage (don’t put it inside any folder).
2- Boot your device into recovery mode.
└ Once in recovery mode, useVolume buttons to navigate up and down between options andPower button to select an option.
3- Select the “Apply update” or“Apply update from phone storage” option.
4- Select the OTA .zip file you transferred in Step 1 above. And install it.Once installation is finished, select reboot from recovery main menu.
That’s it! Your OnePlus X should now have OxygenOS 2.2.0-X OTA on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
